We have another fantastic crew of athletes this week including two record-setting swimmers.

Rachel Taylor - Senior Volleyball

The senior volleyball team is playing great and Rachel has been a huge part of this.  Her coaches say, "Rachel has shown a consistent willingness to take feedback and attempts to implement it into our practices and games. She shows up with a positive attitude - ready to work and encourage her teammates".

Ryan Yacoub - Senior Soccer

Ryan Yacoub had a fantastic week. Collingwood won both its games in a shootout and Ryan has made a name for himself for his ability to make big saves at the most important moments. Ryan played a remarkable game against STA to keep his team in the fight and ultimately led them to a huge victory against their arch rivals.

Nadine Brenninkmeyer - Senior Field Hockey

Nadine has been playing terrific hockey this year.  She is often the key player in offensive forays as she takes the ball in the mid-field and attacks before releasing the ball to open teammates.  Nadine always brings energy and passion to every game and is a fantastic teammate.

Cici Sun - Senior Swim Team

Cici had an amazing ISA swim meet.  She set a new ISA record in the 50m Backstroke and also won the 50m Butterfly and the 100m IM.

Tristan Govier - Senior Swim Team

Tristan also had a fantastic ISA meet.  He smashed the old ISA record in the 50m Backstroke and won the 50m Butterfly.  Tristan then helped our relay teams to a 2nd and 5th place finish.

Emma Wang - Grade 10 Volleyball

Emma is a dedicated player and has been at every single practice this season. She is a co-captain of the team. Although Emma is a setter, she is also one of the top hitters and servers.
