While neither team finished their season in the way they had imagined in their dreams, both the senior boys' and girls' basketball teams accomplished a great deal this year. The girls' team earned a berth in the Lower Mainland Championship and finished second in the Cav Classic. The boys' team won the Cav Classic, the Britannia Tournament and reeled off 18 straight wins in BC before their unfortunate exit from the Howe Sound Championships.
For the graduating players, it was a tough end to their basketball careers at Collingwood, but they accomplished a great deal in their time here and they should all be proud of all the fantastic games they played over their five years here. Here is a final photo of all our basketball grads:
