After yesterday's ISEA Championships, we are all done for the season! We had classic cross country conditions and our athletes did their best to navigate their way through the wet and muddy conditions at Jericho Beach Park. Overall, we were extremely successful in placing in the top half of each race! The highlights were Grade 3 boys, Grade 5 boys and Grade 7 girls placing 5th out of 13 teams. Individually, Katie Lustig (Grade 6) had a fire in her belly to get 3rd place (and Ewan Robertson ran his heart out to get 8th place (out of 113 boys). Congratulations to all of our athletes who competed both at the ISEA's and throughout the season. It has been very exciting to see how much all of our athletes have improved and we really look forward to having them come out in Term 3 for the Track and Field season. Keep up the running everyone!
